Our professional management team, highly qualified and experienced engineers are knowledgeable to FDA and EU requirements. We strive for excellence and customer satisfaction through total project management and staff development.

We are a FDA qualified manufacturer. Our factory has already passed the ISO 9001, and we will be applying the ISO13485 very soon. A stable quality control system should incorporate the principles of ISO series with additional health-related requirements specific to healthcare and oral care devices. Our Quality Control system is not only emphasized on incoming inspection, tight process QC and outgoing quality assurance, but also extended to clean and tidy manufacturing environment with air conditioning and dust prevention set up.

Ms. Ping YAO is the Director and General Manager of Pacific Care Ltd, who overseas the corporate strategies, manufacturing engineering and product development of Pacific Care.
Ms. YAO has over 15 years of factory operation, product development and general management experience. With extensive experience in HK and China , Ms. YAO possesses extensive knowledge in production planning, project development and quality control. She received her Master of Philosophy in Metallurgies and her Bachelor's degree inManufacturing Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Now, she is the Visiting Lecturer of Project Management in The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Training.
